HERE'S MY STORY...
The first time I picked up a microphone was to host a surf competition, and it was more out of necessity than it was out of passion...little did I know that this chance opportunity would ignite a passion that would eventually become my profession!
Additionally, as a child, I was part of a choir which helped me to understand what it means to be on a stage and what it means to entertain and excite an audience. It also allowed me to train my voice early and build a foundation that continues to last until today.
I grew up in a small town in the middle of Bavaria called Bad Tölz. Life in the '80s wasn't easy...especially when my father left us when I was three. My brother and I were in a town where we looked completely different from anyone else. We stood out no matter what. Over the years, I learned to embrace my differences and turn them into my superpowers!
Eventually, life brought me to Dubai, where I pursued a corporate path, which didn't bring me true happiness. It wasn't until I met a life coach who helped me discover my entrepreneurial spirit that I rekindled my interest in communication and presenting. So, I dived headfirst into the world of public speaking and everything in between.
Fast forward to 2023, and I hear Michael J Fox say he thinks of himself as a cockroach on stage at the Bits & Pretzels HeathTech 2023 event. We have this in common because my philosophy is the same. No matter how tough life is, what hits us, or what challenge we are faced with, nothing can bring us down.
Besides being a communication expert, I love board sports! Whether riding down a mountain with a snowboard, cruising down the streets with my longboard or gliding on waves with a surfboard. Board sports have become a part of who I am.
I'm also a big fan of kickboxing and martial arts in general. It's a great outlet for negative thoughts. It teaches you discipline and trains your mind to be always switched on.
Most of all, I absolutely love spending time with my family. Traveling the world with my wife and son is one of my greatest joys. So, if you ask me about my retirement plans, all I see is a lot of travel and a lot of sunshine and good times.

Did you know I've got a hidden talent? Singing! I serenaded my way into my wife's heart, and it was a moment to remember.
FOOD LOVES
I'm not a foodie because I don't always need fine dining to enjoy what I eat. I love food, though, so if you want to make me happy, cook some fantastic Italian pasta, bring me some delicious sushi, or invite me for a spicy curry. For me, it's the variety of food that is so enjoyable.
